State Records manages the NSW State archives collection and provides guidelines on the management of official records.

StateFleet is a full service fleet leasing organisation offering a host of services and programs specifically to offer Fleet Management, Accident Management, Vehicle Leasing and ExtraCar - Short Term Rental services.
Land & Housing Corporation
The New South Wales Land & Housing Corporation (LHC) owns and is responsible for the management of the State’s portfolio of some 144,000 social housing dwellings. This portfolio has a value of $31.9 billion.
Land & Property Information
Land and Property Information (LPI), a division of the Department of Finance & Services, is the key provider of land information services in New South Wales.
Metropolitan Water Directorate
The Metropolitan Water Directorate leads a whole-of-government approach to water planning for greater Sydney and the lower Hunter; provides policy advice on water industry competition and reform; delivers recycling funding and support; and implements the Water for Life education and engagement program.
Office of State Revenue
The Office of State Revenue (OSR) administers State taxation and revenue programs for and on behalf of the people of NSW. OSR collects revenue and outstanding fines, helps develop policy and implement legislation.
