About Land & Housing Corporation

The New South Wales Land & Housing Corporation (LHC) owns and is responsible for the management of the State’s portfolio of some 144,000 social housing dwellings. This portfolio has a value of $31.9 billion.

Bonnyrigg Living Communities Project

The Bonnyrigg Living Communities project will see the replacement of 833 existing social housing dwellings in poor repair with 2330 new homes includeing 699 social housing homes.

Glebe Affordable Housing Project

As a mixed tenure housing development, the Glebe Affordable Housing project will provide a total of 495 dwellings with 153 social housing homes and 95 new affordable housing properties for low income earners.

Minto Renewal Project

When works for the Minto Renewal project are completed in 2016 there will be approximately 360 public housing homes (including seniors units) and 850 private homes.

The Camperdown Common Ground Model Project has won the Affordable Development category in the UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence.
